Late on Saturday afternoon a Tornado Warning was issued for the Nashua area. We just saw heavy rain and some lightening for a short period, but running errands after the storm there was significant wind damage along Broad Street and the Nashua/Hollis line. |
| 1. A corn field at Brookdate Farm had what appeared to be a crop circle. The center of the field was intact, as was most of the edges. But a ring of corn was flattened circling almost the entire field. You had to walk around the field to see it; the damage wasn't entirely visible from any one point. This photo is the eastern side of the north edge of the field. |

| 12. Local residents from Powers Road riding around checking out the damage tole me it was frightening. They had never seen so many lightening strikes right in their back yard so quickly in succession. They ran down into their basement for shelter. |
| 13. Driveway blocked on Patch Road in Hollis. |
| 14. Silver Lake Road in Hollis next to the lake was blocked for a while with power lines down. |
| 15. Utility crews were out in force in the hours after the storm. |
| 16. A chimney next to the railroad station on Lowell almost exploded when it was struck by lightening. They've blocked off parking below it. |
